Infrastructure advisory at EY-Parthenon by day · 35mm film by golden hour · Halifax, NS
The two-minute version
Infrastructure Advisory Analyst at EY-Parthenon in Halifax, building the financial models behind one of Canada's largest public-private partnerships — a nation-building rail project. Before that: two years running daily NAV for multi-billion-dollar funds at BCI, an investment-banking summer at NewPoint Capital, and technology-risk consulting at KPMG. Off the clock: 35mm film photography and long walks taken the long way.

Builds the financial models behind a nation-building rail project delivered as a public-private partnership (P3): payment mechanisms, O&M cost frameworks, and value-for-money analysis across the full asset lifecycle, advising the public authority steering the deal.
Owned daily NAV calculations and reconciliations for multi-billion-dollar funds under SOC 1 controls, then automated the reporting into Power BI dashboards the team still runs on.
Built three-statement models, comparables, and precedent-transaction analyses; ran buyer and target screens; drafted the research reports, pitches, and CIMs that went in front of clients.
Executed time-sensitive, multi-million-dollar trades for one of Canada's largest institutional investors; automated the monthly KPI report and brought the team onto Power BI.
Audited financial risk inside technology-driven processes for enterprise clients — an early lesson that data only creates value once someone makes sense of it.
